- This scholarship is valued at $5,000 to be paid in two instalments of $2,500, in the recipient’s first and second semesters of study.

Eligibility
This scholarship is open to applicants who meet all of the following criteria:
- Citizenship: domestic
- Study load: full-time
- Faculty: Education Arts
- Level: undergraduate
- Course: Commencing in one of the following in Semester 1, 2024:
- Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics)
- Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/Bachelor of Arts (Design Innovation and Technologies)
- Minimum ATAR: 70
Application process
Applicants will be required to provide the following as part of the application:
- A written statement of approximately 100 words outlining:
- Why you have chosen to undertake your degree.
- What you hope to achieve with your qualification in the future.
- Upload ATAR statement
Selection criteria
Applications are assessed based on the strength of the following criteria:
- Academic merit
- Written statement
Selection process
Applicants will be selected by the Scholarships Office.
Ongoing requirements
To remain eligible for scholarship payments, recipients are required to maintain the following each semester for the duration of the scholarship:
- Minimum pass grade for all units attempted.
- Minimum GPA of 4 (on the ACU seven-point scale).
- Full-time enrolment
- Enrolment in the same course under which the scholarship was received.
